Developed by LADS Africa, the platform offers 38 fully integrated modules covering key municipal functions, including financial management through to final accounts, revenue management, procurement and supply chain management, asset management, human resources, land and housing management, fleet management, and customer relationship management.

Today, 83 of Zimbabwe's 92 local authorities have adopted at least one of the platform's modules, making LADS ERP one of the country's most widely deployed local government digital solutions.

Through automation, real-time reporting, and data-driven decision-making, the system enables councils to improve operational efficiency, increase revenue collection, enhance transparency, and deliver better services to more than 15 million Zimbabweans. To ensure the platform meets global best practices, LADS ERP was independently assessed by Ernst & Young against internationally recognised enterprise systems.
