LADS ERP is Zimbabwe's leading integrated Enterprise Resource Planning solution purpose-built for local authorities to accelerate digital transformation, improve service delivery, and strengthen institutional efficiency.

Developed by LADS Africa, the platform offers 38 fully integrated modules covering key municipal functions, including financial management through to final accounts, revenue management, procurement and supply chain management, asset management, human resources, land and housing management, fleet management, and customer relationship management.

Today, 83 of Zimbabwe's 92 local authorities have adopted at least one of the platform's modules, making LADS ERP one of the country's most widely deployed local government digital solutions.

This benchmarking exercise evaluated functionality, architecture, scalability, governance, and operational capabilities, providing valuable insights that continue to guide its evolution toward world-class standards.
